Not sure where to even start with this magical day. All I know is this wedding was straight out of a dream. You’ll understand as you keep scrolling. Teresa & Kyle are clearly pretty incredible people- they have more friends than the town I grew up in (kidding… but it’s close). 😉 But honestly- you learn a lot about a couple by watching them interact with their friends and family- and these two- well, you’d be crazy not to want them in your inner circle. They are kind and compassionate, laid-back and fun to be around. And it’s rather obvious that the camera is in love with them (added bonus!).
These two said their “I do’s” at the Basilica of St. Mary in Minneapolis and then headed out to Grant, MN to finish the day celebrating under a glass ceiling tent as the sun set ohhh-so perfectly behind them (I’m telling ya- this day was a dream!). The tent was on Teresa’s parent’s property and I gotta say- it was the perfect location. Teresa & Kyle kicked the dance off with an amazing rendition of Ray Lamontagne’s “You Are The Best Thing” (The Dap Squad is amazing!). Watching those two belt the song out to each other as they shared their first dance as husband & wife was simply the best thing (pun intended). As if the day wasn’t dreamy enough already, we topped it off with capturing some sweet end-of-the-evening-moments as golden hour came to a close. I’m tellin ya- these two know how to throw an amazing celebration, but more importantly- they know how to share their love & joy with those who are closest to them.
I asked each of them what the most memorable part of the day was for them and here’s what they said:
Teresa: Most memorable part was probably our first look. It was the most exciting part to finally see Kyle and have my nerves somewhat relieved. That is until I was standing behind the church doors with my dad waiting to walk down the aisle. That was the most crazy exciting feeling to see everyone we love and care about behind the doors and Kyle waiting at the end of the aisle.
Kyle: Listening to our parents give speeches and talk about how happy they were for us. There support means a lot so it was special hearing them speak at dinner.
