Mr. & Mrs. Smith— round two! Emily & Cameron officially got married in September of 2020. You might remember this sweet intimate wedding along the lake. Almost exactly one year later, they got to do it alllll over again on a bigger scale at Aria in Minneapolis. It was the most beautiful day! My favorite part was at the very end of the ceremony. Emily loves the movie Love Actually (such a good flick!), so her family decided to surprise her & Cameron with their version of the famous wedding scene where people in the audience stand up and start singing “All you need is love” to them. Ugghhh it was goosebump-worthy. 🥺✨ Suuch a special moment that I know they’ll remember forever. If you haven’t seen that movie, I highly recommend watching it. 😉
Anyway, I have a ton of love for Emily & Cameron. I am genuinely going to miss them after working so closely with them for over two years! It all started with Emily picking me up from the LAX airport for their California engagement session. We’d never officially met, yet that entire day with Em & Cam felt like we were old friends catching up on life. It just felt easy, which has made capturing their love story feel so genuine & real. 2020 brought their sweet, intimate wedding ceremony held at the Minnesota lake home Emily grew up in. It was such a special day with their closest friends & family. And here we are in 2021 where they got to celebrate one year of being married by throwing one heck of a party for all of their favorite people. It’s been such an incredible journey with these two & I feel so grateful to have gotten to be a part of it. 💛🙏✨🥺
