Maybe you've recently entered a new season of life— and along with that has come new body changes. Maybe you've walked through some challenging trials over the course of this last year that have stolen a bit of your confidence. Or maybe you're in a great place with your body image & confidence. We all go through seasons, we all experience highs & lows. Womanhood is a journey, right?
We believe that all women are worthy & deserving of celebrating & honoring themselves & their bodies— no matter where they’re at in their life.
And girl, I see you—
I have personally walked through some things over the course of this past year that have really made me question the trust I have for my own body. I am healing & I am growing, but I am still a total work in progress. So trust me when I say, I get it. While we may not be walking the exact same journey— I see you, my friend. We're in this together.
So, let's talk about your body. It's been through a lot. It's done a lot. It's given you a lot. Let's not forget how incredible our bodies are— no matter where we're at on our journey. Let's honor them, celebrate them and love them. Are you with me?

What You Need To Know
A space for you to be your true, raw, unfiltered, vulnerable self. A space for you to let go of what’s holding you back and to just feeeeeeel. To feel free, to feel bold, to feel brave, to feel encouraged, to feel empowered, to feel confident, to feel so truly YOU.
We are here to be your biggest cheerleaders, your champions. We will encourage you, uplift you & empower you to step outside of your comfort zone and into your true self. Ultimately, it is up to YOU how far you want to take your session. We will always encourage you to step outside your comfort zone, buuut we will never push you to a place that you don’t want to go. Like I said before, this experience is allllll about YOU.
We will provide you with guidance on what to wear & bring to the session, how to prepare, etc. At the session, we will guide you & direct you as we begin shooting— so don’t stress about feeling awkward. My request for you is to simply trust us. To set your expectations aside for whatever you thought the shoot might be & just be present. To show up with an open mind. It might not happen in the first 5 minutes, but I want to get to a place where you feel comfortable & at ease. I want you to be vulnerable, let your guard down & let me in so that I’m able to capture you in the most real & raw way. That’s where the real magic happens.

Laid-back, intimate, soft, real and free- spirited. I see beauty in simplicity & connection and creating images that evoke honest emotion. I like to keep the tones in my images earthy and warm.
How would you describe your style?

How many photos do we get?
Via online gallery (in which you will get a link & be able to download directly to your computer). And yeppp- the print release is all yours. I do have an amazing online store you can purchase super high-quality prints, albums, etc. from.
How will I receive the images & do I get the print release?
You are beautiful juuust the way you are, my friend. I don’t do any major body manipulations or alterations. I do minor “photoshopping” with skin blemishes, bruises, etc.
Can you photoshop me?
We will talk beforehand about any insecurities you might have. I don’t want this to be an excuse to hide them, but do let us know so that we can do our best to direct & guide you in ways that will be flattering for you.
Will you hide my scars, cellulite, stretch marks, (insert body insecurity here)?
Of course! I love collaborating on planning out all of your hopes & dreams for the session. It’s a ton of fun for me! You will receive all sorts of info to help you plan.
Do you help me with planning the session?
Not unless you give me permission. All images that I use on my website & social media are images approved by women. I respect your decision no matter what.
Will you be using my photos on social media or anywhere on the web?
I will send you all sorts of info on this— don’t you worry. But a short answer to this would be to wear something that makes you feel confident. Stay away from bright, prime colors & busy patterns. Neutrals photograph great & are always flattering. Here are some quick ideas: a “teddy” (bodysuit), bralettes, cute undies, a robe, boy shorts, cropped tees, tank tops, jeans or jean shorts, oversized sweaters, t-shirts, oversized button-ups, long socks/knit socks, pj’s, no top with undies or jeans.
What should I wear?
FAQ—
Wanna know a secret? 99% of the humans I work with feel this way in the beginning (I swear you’re not alone!). Most of us aren’t supermodels and I certainly don’t expect you to be. That is why you hire me. It’s MY job to make you feel comfortable and to direct you & guide you so that you feel relaxed & comfortable & confident.
I’m awkward in front of the camera. Will this be an issue?
Of course! Your baby/kids are definitely welcome. These sessions are not meant to be “family sessions”, but we know that motherhood is a huge part of a lot of women’s lives— and we are here to capture YOUR version of “Womanhood”, whatever that looks like for you.
Can I bring my baby/kid(s)?
Yep! You will. You’re more than welcome to send me photos ahead of time if you want help on what to bring.
Do I bring my own outfits?
No worries at all! I am happy to document that special bonding moment for you if you desire to have some of those intimate photos with your babe. 100% up to you & your comfort level! Otherwise we can take a super quick break.
What if I need to feed my baby?
Michael Scott is my spirit animal. “Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy. Both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.” I meann..... ;)
Favorite Office character?
I am very open to creating a payment plan that spreads out the cost more if desired. They're typically split into two payments, but we can create a plan that works best for you.
Do you do payment plans?
No big deal, my friend. That is the last thing I want you stressing about. Kids have meltdowns— it’s normal. I’ve seen plenty & don’t judge! We can take a quick break if needed. I’ve also seen bribery work wonders. ;)
What if my kid(s) have a meltdown during the shoot?
[happy dance] I’m so glad you want to be a part of Womanhood. In order to book a session, you are required to put down a 50% non-refundable retainer & sign a contract to secure a spot.
